Conveyancing

Looking at purchasing?

Before you make an offer, we can review your sale and purchase agreement, LIM, title and associated legal documents for you, ensuring you are aware of any potential issues with the property well in advance of making an offer.

Once you enter into an agreement, we will negotiate, advise you and ensure you get the best outcome from start to finish.

Looking to sell?

Before you list, we will ensure you understand your legal obligations, negotiate on your behalf and ensure your transaction goes smoothly. We can also assist with preparing or editing the sale and purchase agreement. We will then assist you right through the sale process, including arranging for your mortgage to be repaid.

Commercial Leases

Whether entering into a lease as a tenant or as a landlord, we can assist. We will ensure you understand your obligations, suggest additional clauses if required and explain the terms included. We can also assist on any disputes that may arise over the course of your lease.
